24 July, 2003: I just got back from delivering a speech on spam related technical and policy issues for corporate network managers (in banks and financial institutions) at the JAIC Hilton, Colombo - this was at an e-security seminar organized by the University of Moratuwa during SANOG 2. I was one of the keynote speakers at an asia pacific level conference on net abuse, held in February 2003 at Taipei, during APRICOT 2003. This conference led to the formation of an Asia Pacific level CAUCE - APCAUCE.
